the problem

Stock changed weekly, buyers spoke different languages, and every sale began as a conversation. The dealer needed a catalogue their own team could update, in Japanese and English, that turned browsing into qualified enquiries.

what I built

  • A Japanese / English site with a language switcher on every page
  • A filterable catalogue showing year, hours or mileage and fuel type
  • A featured-stock carousel
  • Quote and enquiry routing through the channels the market uses, including LINE and direct contact
  • Listing management, so the team adds stock and marks it sold

decisions that mattered

Two languages on every page

The language switcher is on every page, so a buyer never lands somewhere they can't read.

Enquiries go where buyers already are

Quote requests route through the channels this market uses, including LINE, as well as direct contact.

The team owns the stock list

Listing management lets staff add machines and mark them sold without a developer.

result

  • The team keeps stock current without developer help.
  • The owner referred another business in the same trade.

The website genuinely works for our business.
